Full character design services are not currently offered.

Due to the digital and commissioned nature of the service, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

♡ Turnaround Time:
Completion and delivery will take between 2 to 8 weeks. There is a chance it may take longer depending on my workload, but of course I will communicate this with you!

♡ Payment:
Full payment is required upfront to confirm your commission order.

♡ Commission Details:

  • Provide a detailed description along with images of your request. Reference images are required.

  • I do not accept written character sheets or design original characters from scratch.

  • Commissions will be created in my art style, unless a YCH or specific style is requested.

  • Unlimited Revision during Sketch Phase only. SO be clear and precise about your commission request.

♡ Refunds and Cancellations:

  • All sales are final. No Refunds - as all commissions are digital downloads.

  • I will ensure the final product aligns as closely as possible with the description provided.

♡ Rights and Usage:

  • I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork personal or commercial to advertise in my Portfolio, unless we discuss at first for purchasing the commercial right for the art piece.

  • With commercial rights, I may still include the artwork in my portfolio and share it on social media unless requested otherwise.

  • If commercial rights are purchased, I will not create or sell physical or digital merchandise using the artwork.

  • I respect privacy and can refrain from sharing commercially purchased artwork for personal or business reasons upon discussion.

♡ Credit Policy:

  • Commercial commissions: Credit is appreciated but not required.

  • Non-commercial commissions: Credit is necessary when the artwork is displayed publicly.

♡ Commercial Rights Fee:Purchasing commercial rights costs 2x the regular commission price.
